How does a Parking Charge Notice Ticket System work?

A ticket called a PCN (Parking Charge Notice) will be applied to the vehicle when parked in contravention of The Parking Ticket Company warning signs.

Once the PCN has been issued, the registered keeper / driver / hirer of the vehicle has 28 days to pay the charge of £100 as indicated on the warning notices. If the payment is received within fourteen days a discount of £40 is applied.

In the event of a charge not being paid within 28 days, we apply to the DVLA for the registered keepers’s name & address so that non-payment of the charge can be recovered through our debt recovery service.

How much will the services cost me?
